FINTECH
PROGRAM
The Fintech Program allows students to learn about how financial institutions, government organizations, and banks are increasingly using algorithms, machine learning, big data, and blockchain in their business operations. Participants will obtain marketable skills and learn how these fundamental concepts are leveraged within different financial fields - from financial planning to hedge funds, and understand the best practices for using these skills to add value to organizations. This will be accomplished through various workshops and panelist events!
GENERAL
ASSOCIATE
PROGRAM
Our general associate program is a rotational program where students will rotate between assisting our Events, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Relations, and Fintech departments. Students will spend 2 months in each department, with the opportunity to be hired for a permanent placement based on their performance.
General associates will obtain the full student group experience from supporting each department in TRFPA with their day-to-day activities, to participating in monthly team meetings and social events. This experience will allow students to not only excel in a student group environment, but outside the classroom as well.
